PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
- Duration of the Scheme is 15 (Fifteen) Months.
- Minimum Plot area 200 Sq.Yds. Basic rate Rs 3900/- per Sq.Yd (Residential block).
- Rs 4900/- per Sq.Yd for Commercial plots which are on the Main Road Facing.
- Rs 300/- (per Sq.Yd extra) for North & East Corner plots in the layout.
- Rs 50/- (for each Sq.Yd) Extra for Corner plots facing 40 ft wide road.
